OUR PRODUCTS
We know you'll enjoy our handmade soaps, scrubs and soaks because we make them in our own kitchen with the finest ingredients available. At The Soap Bakery, there is no such thing as mass produced -- all of our products are produced in small quantities, usually at the time they're ordered. Herbs and essential oils, along with oatmeal, goats milk, dead sea mud, honey, etc. are all added to our soaps at low temperatures and at the very end process so the benefits are not destroyed. We even use real figs in our fig soap!

ORDERING INFORMATION & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Phone Orders: Call us at 347.419.5007 to place an order via phone Monday through Saturday from 10:00am to 7:00pm EST. If you call when we're closed, please feel free to leave us a voicemail message and we'll return your call when we get back to work. Anyone with an e-mail address can make payments through paypal. Just call and place your order, and we will send a paypal bill, along with an invoice to your e-mail address. Insurance is extra; please ask for it if you would like it. We are not responsible for damaged or lost mail.
Web Orders: We currently take PayPal on our web site. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order with PayPal.
If you wish, you can even e-mail an order to us and we will send you a PayPal detailed invoice to your email so you can pay for your order. All orders over 100 dollars ship free.
To use shopping cart
All of our products are listed on our shopping cart page, just add each item you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and you will be directed to PayPal to pay for your order.
Order Processing & Shipping We do our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible after we've verified payment. Most orders will be shipped via Priority Mail or UPS within 24-48 hours. However, since most of our products are hand-made-to-order, sometimes it might take us a bit longer to ship your order. If we cannot ship your order in a timely manner, you will be notified. It's also important to remember that holidays and bad weather may affect shipment as well.
Returns
Because our products are personal care and body products, we cannot accept returns unless we've made a mistake with your order. We do our best to describe our products in detail, but keep in mind that since all our products are made by hand, appearance and scent may vary slightly from batch to batch. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment if you feel a mistake has been made. All though our products are made from natural ingredients, The Soap Bakery does not accept any liability for the use of our products.
